Created by Bert Hellinger, this method helps bring to light the unconscious blocks and inherited burdens that may be affecting your relationships, career, health, and overall well-being. This session is an invitation to return to yourself through the transformative power of conscious breathing and a guided journey through the stages of your inner child. We begin with a short grounding and intention-setting to open the space. Then, we move into a deep breathwork practice (40–45 minutes), supported by immersive music and intuitive guidance to help you release emotional, physical, and mental tension. Once the breathwork is complete, and you’re in an expanded state of awareness, you’ll be guided into a gentle but powerful visualization: a meeting with every version of your inner girl from the baby you once were to the woman you are today. This is a moment to feel, to listen, and to integrate. To hold space for what has been left behind and open the door to new levels of healing and connection. Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes

If you feel to be extra present with yourself during your retreat and be in your own energy space, you are welcome to book a private room for $15 per night.

If you feel to have extra space and privacy for yourself, book your comfortable and cosy suite for even more self-care and connection. Bath included in the room. For $30 extra per night.
