During your stay at Willkamayu Spirit, we offer optional a massage sessions to gently support your process. These sessions are a moment to come back to your body, calm the nervous system, and open yourself to receive. Whether it’s grounding after a ceremony or allowing space for integration, these moments of care can offer deep support along the way.

At Willkamayu Spirit, we believe that reconnecting with your Inner Child is a vital part of the healing journey. During Plant Medicine retreats, we touch the depths of our souls by journeying deeply into our subconscious. In ceremony, deeply rooted patterns, blockages, memories, and emotions, often tracing back to childhood, can surface. By connecting with our Inner Child, an archetype embedded in the subconscious, we create a bridge between the healing received in ceremony and the life we return to. This bridge is essential for true integration. This work supports you in weaving the insights of ceremony into your heart and your everyday life with more softness, clarity, and self-love. The Inner Child Workshop is a 5–6 hour guided journey, usually shared across three gentle sessions during your retreat. We work in an intimate space with guided meditations, regressions, writing exercises, storytelling, and reflection.

We think that Reiki is a beautiful basic method in learning to work with energy, it is giving us a foundation to go deeper into the world of energies regarding connection, healing and growing…for ourselves, brothers and sisters, plants, animals, Mother Earth. We feel it is a wonderful tool which can help us with any integration process, to connect, to ground and to balance ourselves. To continue doing our inner and outer work, to connect with our inner maestro(a). For these reasons Reiki is very complementary to the work with the Teacher Plants. We offer Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, each workshop around 3 up to 4 hours. You will receive a Reiki certificate.

After your retreat, the real integration begins. As the insights of the ceremonies continue to unfold, emotions may rise, old patterns may resurface, or new clarity might emerge. This is all part of the process. If you feel the need for some extra support during this time, we are here for you. Through deep listening, coaching, somatic practices, working with the elements and Inner Child work, we help you tune into your body, your emotions, and the quiet voice within. Sometimes, all we need is a safe space to be heard. Other times, we need guidance to take the next step, to embody the changes we feel inside. Wherever you are, we walk alongside you, supporting you in making step-by-step shifts that feel true and grounded. An integration session has a duration of 1 hour.

Reconnecting to our Womb Our wombs, our center, our strength, our creation. The keeper of our light and shadow, the sacred portal of life and intuition. A place where we deeply know, where we remember… The 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki, the Rite of the Womb, is a gentle yet profound ritual. It brings the sacred womb, the center of creation, back into balance, allowing self-confidence and self-trust to flow freely again. It is a healing. A blessing. A rebirth into the deep, loving essence of being a woman. This two-hour ceremony is a sacred space to reconnect with your womb, to honor her wisdom, and to release what no longer serves you. In an intimate and safe circle, we come together to share, to be vulnerable, and to support one another. Through water, fire, and flowers, we call in healing and renewal. This ritual is an invitation to live in deeper connection with yourself. We will also explore how to integrate this wisdom into daily life by honoring your cycle with awareness. Once you receive the Rite of the Womb, you carry its medicine. You can pass it on to your sisters, creating a ripple of healing and empowerment. I invite you to step into this sacred space. Art is our anchor as we align with Source - the creative force that is present in all life, and also resides within us. As this greater presence flows through us, we come home to our essence. For this 2 hour creative journey no previous experience is required - a heartfelt welcome.

This session is an invitation to return to yourself through the transformative power of conscious breathing and a guided journey through the stages of your inner child. We begin with a short grounding and intention-setting to open the space. Then, we move into a deep breathwork practice (40–45 minutes), supported by immersive music and intuitive guidance to help you release emotional, physical, and mental tension. Once the breathwork is complete, and you’re in an expanded state of awareness, you’ll be guided into a gentle but powerful visualization: a meeting with every version of your inner girl from the baby you once were to the woman you are today. This is a moment to feel, to listen, and to integrate. To hold space for what has been left behind and open the door to new levels of healing and connection. Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes

If you feel to have extra space and privacy for yourself, book your comfortable and cosy suite for even more self-care and connection. Bath included in the room. For $30 extra per night.
